Welcome to Custom Wigs and Extensions booking page . Below are the following rules and regulations before booking a appointment :

Rules

• All appointments require a $30 deposit fee (NO DEPOSIT , NO APPOINTMENT)

• Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE

• Deposit will go towards service , remaining balance will be due the day of your appointment . You can pay the remaining balance through cash app, paypal, zelle, or cash.

• Please arrive to your appointment on time as I value each clients time and appointment. 15 minutes late after scheduled appointment time will result in a $25 late fee added on to remainder balance of your service. 30 minutes late will result in a cancellation of your appointment .

• Please include all services you need when booking so that I have enough time to complete your services.

• NO CALL NO SHOW , YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SCHEDULE AGAIN

• NO EXTRA GUEST OR CHILDREN 

• To reschedule a appointment you must do so within 24 hours of your original appointment . If you fail to do so you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of your service

• All frontals must be dropped off 2-3 days prior to your appointment for customization. Starting January 2023, I will only be accepting HD and Transparent Lace Frontals as it will give the most realistic appearance.

Safety

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY FOR THE FOLLOWING SAFETY MEASURES

• When arriving to your appointment, each client is to wait in there car until I give further instruction as the door to the salon will be locked

• ALL clients MUST wear a mask! ( No mask , no service)

• ALL clients MUST receive hand sanitizer upon entering my suite

• If you feel sick PLEASE RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT!
